Who We Are

Happy Little Bites is an initiative by a multidisciplinary team of professionals specialized and dedicated to nutrition, care, and child development. Our purpose is to highlight healthy eating as the main element to ensure a child’s overall development. Healthy foods provide the energy and nutrients required for physical growth, cognitive development, emotional regulation, and the development of a strong immune system, while also laying the foundation for lifelong healthy eating habits.

Objective

Provide families in Miami-Dade County with a healthy nutrition option for children ages 2 to 7. Our balanced menus include age-appropriate portions made with fresh ingredients and carefully prepared meals that support healthy habits and joyful eating from an early age.
