By using Happy Little Bites services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Overview

Happy Little Bites provides healthy, prepared meals for children ages 2 to 7 through a subscription-based service.

2. Orders and Subscriptions

• Minimum order: 5 meals per week

• Weekly and monthly subscription plans available

• Orders are accepted Monday to Thursday (8:30 am – 4:00 pm)

3. Pricing

• $9.99 per meal

• Weekly plan: $49.90 + delivery

• Monthly plan: $199.80 (includes free delivery)

Prices are subject to change at any time.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed automatically via Venmo or Zelle

• Customers agree to maintain valid payment methods

5. Delivery Policy

• Deliveries are made on Sundays between 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

• Service area: Miami-Dade County

• Customers must provide accurate delivery information

6. Cancellations and Pauses

• Subscription cancellation requires at least 72 hours’ notice

• One vacation pause per month is allowed

7. Food and Safety Disclaimer

• Meals are prepared following sanitary standards

• Ingredients are fresh and organic when possible

• While we prioritize safety, customers must inform us of any allergies

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Be available for delivery or provide clear instructions

• Store meals properly after delivery

9. Limitation of Liability

Happy Little Bites is not liable for:

• Issues arising from incorrect delivery information

• Improper food storage after delivery

• Allergic reactions not previously disclosed

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
